5 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp of rosemary finely chopped

juice of half a lemon

salt and pepper to taste

4 fillets of fresh tuna

  • Step 1.

First, prepare the marinade. In a shallow dish, mix the olive oil, salt and pepper, rosemary and lemon juice. Mix the ingredients together and place the tuna fillets into the dish and coat with the marinade. Allow to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  • Step 2.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add the tuna fillets. Cook for one or two minutes for each side for the perfect medium-rare tuna steak!

  • Step 3.

Drizzle with our Balsamic Vinegar and serve with a green salad and cherry tomatoes.
